maybe you can find it near seoul, 
it is located at Yuldong-Park in Bundang-Gu,Gyunggi-Do. 
it's not a amusement park and there is only bungee jump.
and also you can go there by subway and bus.
At the first time, take off subway Yatap station(yellow line) and exit gate number 3 or 4.
and at the gate, you can find bus station. there are buses to go to the Yuldong-Park. the bus numbers are 17 or 119.

Or you wanna go to the amusement park, also there is a bungee jump in Everland in Gyunggi-Do. but it is needed you to reservate before enjoying it.
