Adventure Korea is organising a great party event at the Phoenix Park Resort in Pyeongchang. This luxury style event will help you kick off summer right. There will be an amazing rock concert at night, full access to the water park in the afternoon as well as optional extras on Sunday.

Come with us and we will take you away from Daejeon for an awesome weekend of fun, music and excitement.

We will leave from Daejeon Tollgate on Saturday morning and head straight for Pheonix Park. After we arrive, there will be a brief orientation and you will be assigned rooms. Phoenix Park is a huge resort and we have booked into one of the condominiums for a chance to spoil ourselves a bit while we are away.

In our condominium there will be 4 people per room, although 5 will also fit in comfortably. If you are travelling with a group let us know how many people (in your group) and their names too, so that we can put you all together.

After you have dropped your bags off, we will head straight for the water park. We will spend a short 5 hours splashing around, racing on the slides and soaking in the hot tubs. There will also be food and drinks that you can purchase at the waters edge. This is a great chance for you to hang out with friends, meet new people and have a blast. The time will fly by and all too soon it will be time to dry off again and make our way to the next event.

At 7pm the Rock Concert will start. There will be several bands playing from Korea and abroad. We will also give you a 20,000won coupon for you to use on the food and drinks that will be available in booths near the stage area. These bands will rock your night away and you will soon find yourself dancing into the wee hours of the morning.

The stage is set up at the base of the ski slopes so there will be plenty of room to sit on the lush green grass and watch the acts.

There will be various beers like Sapporo, Heineken, and Hite as well as cocktails and lots of choice in food.

On Sunday we will have a buffet breakfast in our condominium, before taking the gondola to the top of the resort where there will be a lamb farm set up for us. You can check out the lambs and the wild flower garden as well as the amazing view of the mountains nearby. The bird’s eye view of Gangwondo is one not to be missed.

From 10 - 12 you can choose to join in either the ATV riding or X-ball games, these are optional extras and cost 25,000won for ATV, 20,000won for X-ball games. Please let us know if you are interested when you sign up, as there will only be enough room for 50 people and it will be in a first pay, first play process. Both events will be popular so think and act fast if you want to release your pent up stress by shooting other people or driving like a lunatic.

If you miss out or don’t want to try this event you can either watch or chill out or take a look around the huge resort area.

Make sure to grab some lunch before we depart for Daegu again at 1:30.
