River Rafting, Caving, Village Festival, Hand Fishing, Karaoke, & More Trip

Overview

We will be going on a fun filled trip with many activities packed into just one weekend. We will be river rafting, caving, handfishing, having a small party, ziplining, and bungee jumping all in just one weekend! We will also put on a small festival where we will invite foreign bands and have a good time enjoying local foods and drinks.

Go with the flow of the Donggang River when we go river rafting
Explore the caves in the area where you will need to crawl at times, wear headlamps, and observe the natural beauty of the cave including the wildlife that call the cave home
At the end of the cave in the last hall we will all turn off our headlamps and experience the total darkness that encompasses everything
Go hand fishing for trout that are slippery and difficult to catch
Go ziplining across the river and feel like a bird in the sky(Additional cost 12,000won)
Jump from a small bungee jumping platform of just 12 meters at Sky Jump(Additional cost of 5,000won)
Eat 3 delicious meals (lunch, dinner at the festival, and breakfast)
View the stars like never before where you can see the different constellations. This is great for the people that are from big cities because there is not a lot of light pollution blocking the stars from our view
Sing with your friends, old and new alike, with the karaoke machine
We will hike Ciljokryeong Canyon where you can see the work that water has made making the canyon over many many years
Eat lunch with ingredients from the village we are going to stay at
Swim in the rejuvenating water at the creek
Relax on the bank of the river and take in the beauty of the nature surrounding you

31 011 — View the stars like never before with little light pollution blocking the light from the night sky

31 013 — Hike in the canyon that took many years for water to form

31 014 — Swim in the refreshing river water

Accommodation

We will be staying in different accommodations that include pension houses, single rooms, big sleeping rooms meant for big groups, caravan style campers, platforms for tents if you want to camp, and more. At these pension houses you can try sleeping on the heated floors, or in a bed if you want. Send an email to webmaster@adventurekorea.com after you book your spots for this trip with your name and the names of the people in your group so we can arrange for you to be in the same accommodation.

2.Otherwise, you can visit any bank in Korea and have a teller wire the funds on your behalf.

Cancellation Policy

The reason why we have these guidelines is because of the problems we’ve had in the past. Extra people would show up on the day of the trip and have to be turned away because there were no more seats available. Organizing trips, hiring buses and the likes can be expensive, and if people don’t turn up without paying it can add to the overall cost of the trip. So by depositing the money into the bank account we can guarantee seats and know who is definitely coming and reduce the overall cost of the trip for you.
If you have paid and would like a refund we have a three day policy. This policy is as follows:
3 days before the trip: Full refund (72 hours from departure time)
2 days before the trip: 50% refund(48 hours from the departure time)
1 day before the trip: 0% refund ( 24 hours or less from the departure time)
