Cool Off for the Summer: Adventure Caving and River Rafting Experience

Overview

We will be going on a fun-filled trip packed into just one day! Take in the beauty of the countryside on this journey with Adventure Korea in Pyeongchang.

Summer is the perfect time to do water sports in Korea. Come experience river rafting in the refreshing waters of the Donggang River. All around you will be the lush trees and wildlife as you quickly travel downstream!

We will take a break to have lunch in the village and enjoy their local delicacies before we move onto our next expedition. Don’t worry, after lunch, you will have a chance to take a dip and swim to cool off in the river or creek, explore the area of the village, or try your hand at fishing on the riverside!

Bring yourself closer to the Earth even more when we move on to our next venture: the Baekyrong Cave. It is the only cave in Korea open to the public for caving exploration, so you won’t have a chance like this anywhere else in the country. The cool temperature inside is perfect for the humid summer, measuring at about 17℃. You will learn about the discovery of the Baekyrong cave and its interesting history with Pyeongchang’s ancestors. At the end of the cave, we will turn off all our lights for a brief moment to experience the rarity of “total darkness.”

Don’t miss this great opportunity to explore the natural wonders of Pyeongchang. Sign up with us today!
