Mud Festival Day trip

Overview

Usually at this time of the year, we are planning to attend The Biggest Festival in Korea (Mudfest). Due to the pandemic, the festival has come to a halt and last year the Mud Festival was held on-line and this year once again… the festival will be held on-line. 2 Years of not playing in mud and experiencing the Biggest festival of the year is a heartache but with the relaxation of social distancing throughout Korea, the government and city of Boryeong has organized a special event for you all.

To help your destress from the world, we have been given the opportunity to take you on this special trip to the biggest mudflats in Korea where there will be plenty of mud and activities where you can experience the fun of the Mud Festival at the private mud flats in Boryeong. At this special event, you will get to participate in these fun activities in the mud such as….  4 on 4 soccer, mud obstacle  running course 1.5 kilometers(win an official mud flats medal), mud bounce 4 person teams, hula hoop challenge, net crawling, mud dance competition (prizes awarded), with DJ Felix G on the turntables and much more!

After the special event at the mud flats, we will all head to the beach area and then you will get to experience the mud spray zone where you walk through an x-ray booth and it sprays you with mud all over your body. Don’t worry about the mud because after you and your friends are sprayed down, you can take your pictures and just go jump in the water.

Later in the day at 1600pm, the Korean air force will be flying their Black Eagles and provide an awesome air show for us all which they do every year. This is one of the highlights of the festival and we can all watch it on Daecheon sandy beach together.

Imagine playing in the mud and you don’t have to worry about getting in trouble by your parents for getting all muddy. This  will be our own private mudfest !!!

All the right guidelines and safety precautions are all in place for us to attend this fun event. Everyone must wear a mask and don’t worry if your mask gets dirty because we will have plenty of masks for you to change every time that you need too. There will be hand sanitizers there for use and the games in the mud will be no more than 10 in a group. There are plenty of showers where you can rinse the mud off so don’t worry.
