Overview

This Winter we want to take you on a great trip to Vivaldi Park, the most visited ski resort in Korea, where you can ski, snowboard, swim at a waterpark and much more! This trip is a great way to enjoy the cold weather that Korean Winters bring. Even if you are new to skiing or snowboarding don’t worry, we will give you lessons on the basics so that you can learn how to glide down the mountains and slopes. We also have many activities that we can do and places we can go, so choose what you want to do and we will help make the trip for you.

  • Ski and snowboard on the slopes
  • Choose which slope from 12 options which you think is in your difficulty range that you’ll go down
  • 10 lift options available to get back up the mountain
  • Night pass available so you can keep skiing or snowboarding with fewer people on the slopes and lit up by huge flood lights
  • Go to the various restaurants and pubs
  • Go bowling and go to the karaoke rooms
  • Enjoy the swimming pool and sauna
  • Walk a short distance to Ocean World which has a variety of slides, heated pools that are outside, a wave pool, and a sauna

Accommodations

Pyeongchang has many different kinds of accommodations for you to choose from. You can stay in a resort, in a regular hotel, in a pension house, or in a guest house
Resorts
Resorts will have pools, restaurants, and breakfast available. Resorts will almost always have a nice bed for you to sleep in as well
Hotels
Hotels are like the resorts, but they will not be as luxurious as the resorts. Hotels will usually have a bed to sleep in as well
Pension House
A pension house is a house where a local opens up their home to you and your group. They usually have Ondal (Korean heated floors) where you sleep on the floor with blankets and pillows. If you want to stay in a pension with a bed we can arrange for that as well
Guest House
Guest houses are usually houses that have a big common area and multiple bedrooms. These bedrooms usually have multiple beds or bunk beds. These can be compared to a hostel but only your group would be there, not other random people
